About Nelson Garcia
During the early 90's, Nelson "Dedos" Garcia was a core member of an infamous graffiti muralist crew by the name "All City Action"; as well as a highly skilled dance group "Contents Under Pressure" and a founding member of the all 5 elemental Hip Hop group" RASCALZ " that shook up Canadian music industry and helped to have Vancouver globally recognized on the map.
